What could be more fun than playing a team of superheroes fighting a super villain? Let your team boost their confidence, gain collaboration skills and … well just have a heck of a good time beating the bad guy.
Best of all, this game lets each member see how to use their strengths in the game, to work with the strengths of others. And thus realize that, in the real world, it works the same way. Our strengths are lopsided. And the best teams discover how each person can best be of help. This lets people form a mega performing collective.
This activity is a collaborative game that teaches teams to:
* Coordinate under pressure,
* Think of what’s best for the team over individual glory,
* Problem solve collectively.
