Looking for a creative team building activity that will spark creativity, team bonding and be a lot of fun. Consider team art activities.
* Meditative Drawing uses Zentangle (think Zen + Doodling). Each participant learns structured, Zentangle – which is a method of mindful drawing. As each team member draws, they learn more about themselves. Then participants branch into a group project where they all contribute to the group masterpiece.
* If that’s too sublime, maybe your team would like to substitute Painting, sculpture or airbrushing. Each offers a way for your team to have a shared experience, yet each participant gains individual insights.
These activities, while seemingly individualistic, teaches teams to:
* Value individual differences while gaining a deeper understanding of other team members,
* Deepen creative thinking,
* Work on a shared project to tie individual strengths to the team.
These three hour activities are best for teams of between 8 and 40.
Our art facilitators will help you choose from Zentangle (Drawing), Painting, T-Shirt Airbrushing, Sculpture and Screen Printing to meet your team goals.
Zentangle (Drawing) and Sculpture are the least messy and can be done in fine clothing without the need to wash hands afterword. Participants can go from this event into a seminar or other event without concern. Painting, T-Shirt Airbrushing, and Screen Printing come with bunny-suits (coveralls) to help keep clothing clean. These are best when time and schedules allow participants access to storage for their creations or stand-alone events.

Room rental fees are normally under $500, but can be this high depending on the venue.
