Horses are heard animals, thus always looking for who is the leader. They are the ultimate judge of character. Instead of riding the horse, it much more challenging to get a horse to follow you without the bridle, stirrups and a reins.
This is called, “ground work,” and it’s the basis of this team building activity. Structured to use a non-judgmental, animal, to guide participants to a self exploration of their leadership style. It also facilitates team building work and a great way to have your team bond with a unique, shared, experience.
