
Horses are heard animals, thus always looking for who is the leader. They are the ultimate judge of character. Instead of riding the horse, it much more challenging to get a horse to follow you without the bridle, stirrups and a reins.
This is called, “ground work,” and it’s the basis of this team building activity. Structured to use a non-judgmental, animal, to guide participants to a self exploration of their leadership style. It also facilitates team building work and a great way to have your team bond with a unique, shared, experience.
This activity is a destination adventure that teaches teams to:
* Experience their leadership style,
* Understand the leadership style of their team members,
* Deepen the team bond between members.
This half-day or full day activity is best for teams of between 6 and 20.

Investment averages between $8,000 – $6,000.
Assuming 6 participants:
$6,000 within the greater Michigan area;
If you can’t make it to our farm area, arenas can be rented. Price will vary by location and would include horse transport.
For each participant past 6, add $300.
